(one participant can register for two programs on a single form, such as Junior and Glee Club Jr, but please complete a separate form for each participant)

Liability

The TES Theatre Company staff and volunteers cannot be held liable for personal injury or loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Payment can be made in one of two ways:

You can pay the year’s total now, all at once.
You can pay equal monthly payments, with first payment upon registration, regular payments starting October 1st and last payment on June 1st. (The full tuition is divided equally over ten months regardless of how many classes are in a particular month)

NOTE: If you plan to use some DL/OL allotment funds, contact us at testheatrecompany@gmail.com and we will invoice your DL/OL.
